This is way long overdue.
As all of you know, or I hope you know, I celebrated my 23rd birthday on the 23 of April.
The day before my birthday, I dragged Aya, Denisha, Geok Yi, Jean, Jita, and Liyana to the cinema to watch Kick Ass with me. My fave character is Hit Girl. She's so awesome.
Back to me.
The next day, Denisha dropped by with pizza and we hung out for a while.
I thought that was the end of my birthday. But for the whole day, I could not find any of my room mates. Apparently, they've been preparing for this:
They prepared a surprise party for me. I totally did not expect it at all because I thought the movie was all there would be to it.

A couple of days later, I received two cute little things in the mail.
A strawberry which is forever stuck to my makeup bag.
And a whale which is always attached to my mobile phone now. It will dangle from my pants when I have my phone in my pocket.
I got this for my birthday:
It's a board game called Trivial Pursuit. I love it because I love useless bits of knowledge.
One final thing:
Aya, Jita, Liyana, Geok Yi and Jean spent a lot of time and effort into making 1000 paper cranes for me.
